The bespoke design process
Flutterby Couture are Blackpools leading Wedding Stationery designers , offering a genuine bespoke design service producing unique and exciting wedding stationery designs every time.
The initial consultation with you, either in person at The Wedding & Party Boutique Blackpool, over the phone or by e-mail, is where I will discuss with you, your ideas and visions for your stationery including themes, colours and materials and your budget, along with timescales and quantities.
An estimate will then be emailed to you containing prices and a breakdown of the design requested.
Once we receive your acceptance to proceed, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the overall balance is required!
This allows us to allocate diary space for the design and construction of your stationery and order in the materials required.
(Should you decide to order your stationery components at different times we cannot guarantee that the same materials will be available.)
I will then provide up to 3 designs based on information from the initial consultation which will be sent to you via e-mail in a pdf file.
At this stage you are able to combine ideas from each design to work towards your final invitation.
All coordinating designs for R.S.V.P’s, directions, table plans etc. will be designed to work with your final design only.
Any further samples which are requested after this stage will incur a fee.

If however you would like to see samples of your bespoke design before accepting to proceed, then there will be a charge of £50.00 before any design work commences.
I will then provide up to 3 designs based on information from the initial consultation which will be sent to you via e-mail in a pdf file.
All coordinating designs for R.S.V.P’s, directions, table plans etc. will be designed to work with your final design only.
Any further samples which are requested after this stage will incur a fee.
(the £50.00 bespoke design fee will be deducted from your final order price if over £200, if you decide to proceed with that design.)

Off the peg samples are charged between £5 and £10 depending on design (these may not however be in your colour scheme if the materials are not in stock) this includes p & p
Samples are not always available especially at our busy periods!
